Meet our yoga instructors

Michelle Davenport


Michelle is a yoga instructor with a passion for encouraging people to find their inner strength and beauty.  She has been a student of yoga for over 6 years. In 2014 she realized she wanted to help others pursue their yoga journey and became a certified instructor. She is a wife and mother of three who enjoys being in God’s creation through outdoor activities and traveling.

Sarah White

Sarah has been a professional in the health and fitness industry for over 40 years.  Over the last 6 years she has been practicing yoga and teaching for the last 3 years.  She strives to make her classes fun, safe and effective for all ages.  She believes that wellness is a lifelong journey in order to enjoy life and effectively fulfill the purpose God has for us while we are here. Sarah began teaching for Goat Yoga Bham in 2022 and loves to teach people who come to experience the fun, frolicky little baby goats as they jump and play while we practice yoga. Sarah’s husband is a retired band director of 42 years, and they have 3 adult daughters, ages 31, 25 and 24, who are all very successful in their careers.  Her oldest daughter is married and lives in San Antonio, her middle daughter lives in Mobile, and her youngest daughter currently lives at home and is soon to be married and relocate to Oklahoma.   She also has a stepdaughter, and step son-in-law who have 3 lovely children who she loves to visit.  Sarah and her husband live in the McCalla area where they have a cat and 3 horses.  


Adriana Miller

Adriana has been happily married for 19 years to her husband Josh. They have 2 children, Levi 13 and Isabel 4. Adriana got her yoga certification in 2012. She loves teaching at Goat Yoga Bham and has been with us for almost 3 years. She loves all the laughs and enjoyment of every single class. Adriana also teaches kids yoga at Discovery Day School!!
